Product Manager, Puzzle

Main Responsibilities:

• Working together with Rollic’s studio partners for key processes such as execution and game design on game development;
• Preparing game event log and analyzing data to provide insights on game features;
• Preparing and executing A/B tests and reporting on the key findings;
• Designing, balancing and aiming to continuously improve engagement, retention, and monetization;
• Ensuring weekly/monthly revenue targets are met;
• Reviewing competing games to stay on top of the market trends in in-game marketing.
• Working together with Rollic’s studio partners for key processes such as execution and game design on game development;
• Onboarding and coaching studios on all aspects of their games;
• Creating Data analysis to monitor and report on the performance of the promotions and events and their impact on KPIs;
• Developing a comprehensive in-game event strategy;
• Managing a certain level on statistics to lead LiveOps of responsible live games and to improve retention, engagement and monetization KPI’s;
• Reviewing competing games to stay on top of the market trends in in-game marketing.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, and strong interest in mobile games;
• Experience in gaming company is great to have;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Good Knowledge in statistics and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and highly organized person.
• Digital Game Design process and product management knowledge;
• Excellent English skills;
• Interest on gaming trends, creative mind set;
• Ability to express himself / herself effectively.
