About the Role

As a Game Producer at Rollic, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of mobile games from idea and prototyping to soft launch, global launch, and live operations. You will work in a highly autonomous, high-impact environment where speed, data, and execution excellence are key.

At Rollic, every game is treated as a business unit, and the Producer plays a critical role in shaping its success. You will collaborate closely with Game Designers, Developers, UA, Monetization, and Publishing teams, acting as the central hub that aligns vision, execution, and performance.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience as a Game Producer, Product Manager, or Game Designer in mobile games
Experience shipping at least one mobile title
Strong understanding of ARM metrics (Acquisition, Retention, Monetization)
Proven ability to make data-informed decisions
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Genuine passion for games and game development

Nice to Have

Experience in mobile games
Familiarity with Unity and mobile game development pipelines
Live-ops and monetization feature ownership
