Operations Lead (M/F)

Join Roundtable, an AI-first asset servicer for SPVs and Funds in Luxembourg and France. As the Operations Lead, you will oversee the SPV Operations team, ensuring the quality and reliability of execution across the SPV lifecycle. You will manage the team's workload and performance, serve as the escalation point for complex operational requests, and shape how SPV Operations scale. Strong experience in fintech or legaltech operations, team management, and fluency in French and English are required.

Missions

• Diriger l'équipe des opérations SPV et être responsable de la qualité et de la fiabilité de son exécution.
• Gérer l'exécution de l'ensemble du cycle de vie des SPV, de la création du véhicule à la clôture.
• Être le point d'escalade pour les demandes opérationnelles complexes, les incidents et les situations clients sensibles.

Profil recherché

* Strong experience in Fintech / legaltech operations. Fund administration, corporate services, asset servicing, or SPV/Fund Operations, with direct exposure to Luxembourg and/or French investment vehicles is a plus.

* Experience managing or meaningfully coordinating an Operations team: allocating work, reviewing output, and developing others.

* Strong execution discipline and judgment: you can manage multiple deadlines, incidents, and client requests without compromising quality.

* Clear communicator, comfortable managing clients and collaborating across teams. Fluent French and English.

* Comfortable with technology, automation, and AI, and motivated to help your team adopt new ways of working.
