As a Customer Operations Executive, you will be the voice of our customers, managing communications across email and chat, sharing insights, and helping shape how we serve our customers better every day. You will work closely with our AI chatbot agent, manage customer conversations, own our TrustPilot presence, and collaborate with internal operations and cross-functional teams. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in-office.

Missions
