Overview
We are seeking a Junior Applied AI Developer with 2-3 years of experience to support the development of AI-powered applications and automation solutions. Working alongside senior engineers, you will help build, test, deploy, and maintain Generative AI and software solutions using modern development practices.
- Develop and support AI-powered applications, APIs, and automation solutions using Python and TypeScript.
- Assist with Generative AI, LLM, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) initiatives.
- Build and maintain integrations, data pipelines, and web applications.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and deployments.
- Follow security, privacy, and responsible AI best practices.
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams in an Agile environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Experience with Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js.
- Understanding of APIs, SQL databases, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, or machine learning concepts.
- Experience with Git, testing, and modern software development practices.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar AI platforms.
- Experience with React, Next.js, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or vector databases.
- Exposure to CI/CD, containers, and cloud-native development.
