Overview:
- We’re looking for a commercially minded Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, oversee a portfolio of consumer brands and drive marketing initiatives that support business growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage brand strategies, marketing plans and budgets
- Lead and support a marketing team
- Plan and execute campaigns across digital, retail and in-store channels
- Identify opportunities to grow brand awareness and sales
- Monitor campaign performance and manage marketing spend
- Collaborate with sales, product and other teams to deliver business objectives
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in brand or marketing management, ideally within FMCG
- Experience managing multiple brands or product categories
- Previous team leadership or mentoring experience
- Strong commercial, analytical and project management skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
