The Role
You’ll lead end-to-end software implementations for automotive customers - from discovery and configuration through to deployment, training and post-go-live support. Expect variety, ownership and the chance to become a trusted advisor.
What You’ll Do Manage implementation projects from scoping to go-live
Configure software across POS, CRM, inventory and accounting
Deliver training and onboarding
Prepare and validate data for migration
Run workshops and work directly with stakeholders
Travel to customer sites (approx. 10 days/month) About You
You have experience implementing or supporting business software solutions - possibly in roles like Implementation Consultant, Professional Services Consultant, ERP Consultant, Software/Application Consultant or Customer Success.
Experience with POS, ERP, CRM, accounting or inventory systems is highly regarded. Strong communication, problem-solving skills and confidence working with customers are essential.
