Strong on performance. No burpees required.

If you can spot a tired Meta campaign faster than you can spot an available treadmill, we should probably talk.

I’m working on a Marketing Manager search for an established fitness business in Malaysia, and paid acquisition is doing most of the heavy lifting.

The sweet spot?

Someone who knows their way around ad platforms, has juggled multiple accounts and can turn “this creative isn’t converting” into useful direction for the team. What’s more, the next step in your career involves more than just optimising campaigns, it also involves helping people get better at what they do.

You’ll need hands-on performance marketing expertise, an eye for creative and proper people management experience. Multi-client agency or multi-location experience would be particularly interesting. And yes, there’s a complimentary worldwide gym membership. Finally, a job benefit that comes with absolutely no guarantee you’ll use it.

Apply now if this sounds like your kind of workout.
