Role Mission
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Nordics team and take ownership of multiple creative, digital, and integrated marketing projects. You’ll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to keep projects moving from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality work, clear communication, and seamless collaboration.
Requirements
Key responsibilities
Scope, plan, and execute multi-channel campaigns and digital productions, ensuring alignment across timing, scope, and deliverables.
Lead and manage multiple productions and digital projects simultaneously, from concept to delivery, ensuring they stay on track, on time, and within budget.
Own project goals, schedules, and budgets, proactively identifying and resolving issues to keep delivery moving.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative, growth, and research, ensuring high-quality outputs and seamless collaboration.
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout production, maintaining clear communication, setting expectations, and managing feedback loops.
Support and mentor junior colleagues when needed, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
Skills & experience
Experience in campaign and content production and project management within a creative, digital, or marketing agency environment.
Experience delivering integrated campaigns and digital productions, managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Fluency in English and Finnish.
