Responsibilities

• Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer-facing hospitality role is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Polite, confident, and well-groomed appearance.

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

• Strong customer service mindset.

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Requirements

• Welcome guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.

• Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently.

• Guide guests to their tables and present menus.

• Coordinate table assignments with the service team to optimize seating and flow.

• Monitor dining room activity and waiting times.

• Handle guest inquiries and special requests with care and discretion.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable host stand and entrance area.

• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff.

• Ensure compliance with service standards and brand guidelines.
