Responsibilities
- Ensure a seamless and personalized arrival, stay, and departure experience for all guests.
- Handle VIP arrivals, special requests, and guest recovery situations with professionalism and discretion.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements where necessary.
- Maintain Forbes/Leading Hotels/Luxury brand standards at all times.
- Oversee daily Front Desk operations including reception, concierge coordination, guest relations, and night audit support.
- Supervise room allocations, upgrades, and inventory management in coordination with Housekeeping and Revenue teams.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and local regulations.
- Foster a positive, professional, and high-performance team culture.
- Ensure grooming and service standards are consistently upheld.
- Monitor cash handling procedures and billing accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of Front Office experience in a luxury or 5-star hotel environment.
- Previous supervisory or assistant management experience required.
- Strong knowledge of PMS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
