We are looking for a welcoming, organized, and guest-oriented Front Office Agent to join our team and contribute to a seamless guest experience, from the first point of contact to the final farewell.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a smooth and personalized check-in and check-out experience.
• Manage guest reservations, room assignments, and front office procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate closely with the Housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage telephone calls, emails, and other guest communications in a professional and timely manner.
• Handle payments, billing procedures, and cash transactions accurately, following established hotel policies.
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure compliance with hotel procedures and service standards.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support the delivery of consistent, high-quality hospitality.
  

  Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Front Office or Reception position, preferably within a hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for guest service.
  • Good command of English knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Professional attitude and the ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and front office software will be considered an advantage.
  • A team-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to meeting guests' needs.
