Наш проект Навигатор целей - интеллектуальный AI-агент, интегрированный в экосистему СберБанка, который помогает клиентам формулировать жизненные цели, выстраивать к ним персональные финансовые траектории и сопровождает на каждом этапе до достижения результата. Продукт влияет на: конверсию клиентов в банковские продукты, долгосрочный retention, удовлетворённость клиентов (CSI) и другие метрики.

Обязанности

  • работа в методологии Sbergile
  • построение коммуникаций внутри команды/со смежными командами
  • формирование проектных планов, мониторинг выполнения DoR релизов
  • сопровождение разработки
  • сквозная коммуникация с аналитиками смежных систем на всех этапах реализации проекта
  • контроль сроков выполнения работ

Требования

  • опыт работы на аналогичной должности от 3-х лет
  • понимание типовых решений для клиент-серверных приложений
  • опыт работы в MS Word, Atlassian Confluence, Jira, MS Excel, MS Power Point
  • знание этапов релизного процесса
  • знание принципов REST/Web сервисов, очередей сообщений, XML/JSON, XSD/JSON Schema
  • понимание принципов реляционных СУБД, знание SQL

Будет плюсом:

  • навыки работы с генеративными AI-моделями
  • опыт использования GigaChat, Kandinsky и аналогов в продуктах, навыки создания и использования AI-агентов
  • инструментальное владение AI для анализа, генерации и автоматизации
