We are seeking an Implementation Engineer to own technical onboarding and customer integrations. This is a hybrid role requiring strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a consultative mindset. You’ll serve as the face of Scaffold during customer deployments, ensuring clients achieve value quickly and smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Lead technical implementations of Scaffold for new customers.
Configure integrations between Scaffold, builder portals, and contractor ERPs.
Collaborate with customers to understand business processes and tailor workflows.
Translate customer needs into product feedback and improvements.
Develop documentation, guides, and training materials.
Serve as the primary technical contact during onboarding and early adoption.
Work closely with engineering and product to resolve issues and accelerate time-to-value.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 4+ years in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or customer success engineering. SaaS background strongly preferred.
Technical Skills: Strong Python and SQL proficiency. Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data flows.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
People Skills: Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
