Key Responsibilities
  • Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, opportunities and business insights.
  • Translate business questions and requirements into data-driven solutions.
  • Write and optimise advanced SQL queries and work with large datasets.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, forecasting and scenario analysis using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Use Python or R for data manipulation, analysis, visualisation and statistical modelling.
  • Apply statistical and predictive analytics techniques to support business decision-making.
  • Work closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists and other technical teams to understand data flows and requirements.
  • Engage with business stakeholders and clearly communicate findings, insights and recommendations to non-technical audiences.
  • Identify data quality issues and opportunities to improve data processes and analytical solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of data marts and analytical data assets.
  • Take ownership of analytical projects from planning through to delivery.
  • Mentor and support junior Data Analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Explore and apply GenAI and modern analytical tools to improve productivity and analytical processes.
