Engineering Manager - Full Stack

The Role:
We're looking for an Engineering Manager (7 - 14 Years) who combines strong technical depth with proven engineering leadership.
You'll lead a full-stack product team building and operating high-scale, mission-critical systems on C#/.NET, React, and Azure, with ownership across architecture, delivery, reliability, and engineering excellence.
This is a technical leadership role for someone who can make architectural decisions, unblock engineers, and stay close enough to the code and systems to challenge technical trade-offs.
What You'll Do:
- Lead a full-stack engineering POD delivering C#/.NET Core, React, and React Native products.
- Drive architecture across microservices, REST APIs, event-driven systems, and distributed applications.
- Own engineering outcomes across reliability, scalability, latency, security, and availability.
- Lead cloud-native development on Azure and AKS, including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Drive engineering practices around Clean Architecture, SOLID, TDD, code reviews, observability, and automated delivery.
- Oversee data architecture and performance across SQL Server and Cosmos DB.
- Establish strong monitoring, logging, tracing, SLOs, and incident management practices.
- Partner with Product, Architecture, Data Engineering, and global stakeholders to make pragmatic technical and product trade-offs.
- Mentor senior engineers and build a high-ownership, high-accountability engineering culture.
What You Bring:
Must Have:
- 7 - 14 years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in Tech Lead / Engineering Manager roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise with C#, .NET Core, REST APIs, async programming, and microservices.
- Strong experience with Azure, AKS, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Solid understanding of SQL Server and Cosmos DB.
- Experience building event-driven architectures using Service Bus, Event Grid, Kafka, or similar.
- Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, and production engineering.
- Experience leading product-focused engineering teams in fintech, trading, high-throughput, or mission-critical environments.
- Strong Agile delivery and stakeholder management experience across global teams.
Good to Have:
- React, TypeScript, and React Native experience.
- Terraform / GitOps.
- Databricks or modern data platforms.
- Prometheus, Grafana, Application Insights, or similar observability tooling.
