React Native Developer

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned React Native Developer to spearhead the architecture and evolution of our mobile ecosystem.

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, transforming complex business requirements into high-performance, intuitive mobile experiences.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, designers, and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration and architectural integrity.

By driving technical excellence and optimizing mobile performance, you will directly influence user retention and product scalability, ensuring our platform remains at the forefront of the industry.

This is a fully remote position, requiring a self-driven professional capable of maintaining high velocity in a distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain scalable mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript to ensure a robust foundation for future feature expansion.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate high-fidelity wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive mobile interfaces that enhance user engagement.

- Optimize application performance and memory management to deliver a fluid, high-speed experience for our global user base.

- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance to foster a culture of engineering excellence and best practices.

- Integrate complex third-party APIs and native modules to extend application functionality and meet evolving business objectives.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying large-scale mobile applications using React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of the mobile ecosystem.

- Proven ability to craft sophisticated Mobile UI components that prioritize accessibility, responsiveness, and aesthetic consistency across diverse device platforms.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues in distributed systems and optimize code for performance.

- Strong communication skills to articulate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate effective collaboration within remote, agile teams.

- Proven track record of working independently in a remote setting, managing project timelines, and delivering high-quality code with minimal supervision.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by 5 - 14 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development.
