General Information

The Local HR Operations & Processes Team is responsible for delivering efficient and compliant HR administration and employee lifecycle management. The team focuses on core HR operations, ensuring accurate and timely execution of personnel processes, employee data management, employment documentation, payroll-related administration, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

The HR Operations & Processes Team specializes in core (administrative and operational) HR services and does not manage recruitment, talent acquisition, learning and development, or training activities, which are handled by dedicated HR functions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Managing employee documentation (collecting, verifying, and forwarding documents to the payroll provider).
• Supporting employees and communicating with them (via email and in person), including answering HR-related questions and assisting them with HR processes.
• Administering business travel documentation.
• Supporting the preparation of payroll-related data.
• Maintaining and updating employee data in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
• Preparing employee reports and analyzing HR-related data.

Learning opportunities

• Working with HR systems: SAP, Teta.
• Basic knowledge of labor law, including working time regulations, employee documentation, and business travel.
• Ability to create clear, structured, and logical reports and data summaries.

Your Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a degree, preferably in Human resources, Administration or related fields.
• Interest in HR and motivation to gain initial, valuable experience within an international company.
• Fluency in both Polish and English, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Openness to learning.
• Able to work at least 25 hours per week (we offer a flexible schedule to balance studies and internship).
