What Will You Do?
In this internship, you will have the opportunity to:
- Support daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound material flow.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation activities.
- Collect, analyze, and report warehouse performance data and key metrics.
- Create informative reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Assist in managing inventory transactions within ERP/WMS systems.
- Support warehouse layout optimization, storage utilization, and material handling improvements.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on safety, productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Planning, Production, Logistics, Procurement, and Quality to ensure material availability and smooth operations.
- Lead and coordinate improvement initiatives from identification through implementation, driving measurable business results.
What qualifications will make you successful:
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Active Bachelor's student pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date: December 2027 or later
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel (Power BI knowledge is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and self-driven mindset.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus.
- Interest in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
