Role and Responsibilities

The Senior Specialist, Product Management, LCD-Signage, executes assigned tasks in support of the LCD Signage product management team's plans and initiatives. This role maintains key product management documents, tracks and reports on product sales performance, and provides data-driven insights to shape go-to-market planning, pricing, and product lifecycle decisions. The Senior Specialist serves as a key conduit for product information, promotional assets, and sales enablement tools, developing cross-functional relationships within Samsung to ensure execution excellence across the full LCD Signage product lifecycle.

Position Objective

  • Maintain key product marketing documents for the LCD Signage portfolio, including price lists, product launch calendars, ROI analyses, competitive assessments, and product specification sheets.
  • Update promotion roadmaps and configure new model information in Samsung systems, including inputting pricing conditions, setting up new SKU data, and maintaining the accuracy and utility of the monthly Target Plan (TP).
  • Track and analyze product sales performance-monitoring weekly sell-in/sell-out and inventory metrics-and generate regular and ad hoc reports to provide actionable insights to the product team and leadership.
  • Provide consolidated product sales information to inform go-to-market planning, pricing decisions, channel utilization strategies, and product lifecycle management for the LCD Signage category.
  • Support the development and distribution of sales enablement tools and collateral, including product presentations, demos, sales sheets, and pricing information for internal teams and external channel partners.
  • Coordinate the capture and reporting of product launch issues and contribute to their resolution by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in supply chain, sales, and operations.
  • Coordinate product availability information with supply chain, sales, and customer stakeholders to ensure seamless product flow and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Analyze and report on promotion effectiveness; track monthly finances and expenses and submit forecasted spend by customer to ensure budget accuracy and accountability.
  • Conduct competitive market analysis using market tracking tools (e.g., Circana) and in-store retail visits to gather timely competitive intelligence on the LCD Signage landscape.
  • Coordinate product sample availability and logistics for marketing events, trade shows, and customer demonstrations to support product promotion activities.
  • Develop cross-functional relationships within Samsung (supply chain, sales, finance, demand generation) to gather needed information and support effective product marketing execution.
  • When requested, fulfill a direct product responsibility within the LCD Signage portfolio, supporting the broader product team's goals and KPIs.

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or retail channel management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with market data tracking tools such as Circana.
  • Skilled in creating marketing presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships.
