Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble aircraft structural components and subassemblies in accordance with engineering drawings, technical manuals, and approved aerospace manufacturing procedures.
  • Perform drilling, riveting, countersinking, and fastening operations on aluminum and composite aircraft structures.
  • Apply sealants, adhesives, and corrosion protection treatments in compliance with aerospace standards and specifications.
  • Install structural assemblies and related airframe components while ensuring dimensional accuracy, proper fit, and structural integrity.
  • Operate pneumatic tools, hydraulic equipment, and precision measuring instruments safely and effectively.

Production Support & Rework

  • Assemble, disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble aircraft structural components during production and rework activities.
  • Perform structural repairs, including sheet metal work, trimming, grinding, and blending, following approved procedures and quality standards.
  • Complete production documentation, job cards, and inspection records accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to resolve manufacturing issues, support delivery schedules, and meet customer requirements.
