岗位职责 / Responsibilities
Job description：
1、Client Development & Maintenance: Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with government and enterprise clients in Hong Kong. Manage and expand a robust client network, and lead commercial negotiations with key accounts.
2、Needs Alignment & Solution Translation: Deeply understand clients' business pain points in the AI and IT sectors. Accurately align and translate complex client requirements into our company's Artificial Intelligence solutions.
3、End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the entire delivery pipeline of AI projects for the HK government and large enterprises. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure high-quality execution from requirement finalization to delivery.
4、Ecosystem & Partnership Building: Understand and maintain cooperative relationships with local channel partners, system integrators, and ecosystem partners to jointly drive market expansion for government and enterprise projects.
5、Market Insights: Continuously monitor bidding processes, policy changes, and industry trends within the HK government and enterprise market to support the company's regional sales strategy.
任职要求 / Requirements
Requirement：
1、Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related STEM fields are highly preferred.
2、Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) or IT-related industries, with a deep understanding of cutting-edge technologies and industry solutions.
3、Client Network & Experience: Rich experience in managing HK government and enterprise clients and project operations. Familiar with government bidding and procurement processes. Candidates with experience related to Hong Kong Disciplinary Forces are highly preferred.
4、Business Acumen: Familiar with the operational models and delivery pipelines of HK government AI projects. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to independently and directly demonstrate the commercial and technical value of solutions to clients.
5、Language Skills: Fluent in Cantonese、Mandarin and English
