As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you will have a major impact on our future success by supporting [Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, ITX] Solution Sales through our partner ecosystem. You will guide revenue for ServiceNow with the support and partnership of Sales, Partner Ecosystem, Product Management, and the executive team. This is a technical consultant who can go wide and deep on discovery, solution positioning and demonstration while enabling and co-selling with partners during sales cycles.

About the Role :

The Solution Consultant will join the Partner Technical Acceleration Group as a technical consultant with the advanced ability to develop, position, and provide product-specific solutions in partnership with our channel/GSI ecosystem, while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory through partner-led and partner-sourced deals.

Driving pre-sales efforts for partner-led territory.

• Partner with top-tier System Integrators to develop and position ServiceNow-powered transformation solutions

• Support product sales as a technical and domain expert, partnering closely with assigned partners' pre-sales and delivery teams to extend their solution capability

• Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and give product demonstrations jointly with partner teams, to align our solution with customer needs

• Answer product feature and technical questions from partners, customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues

• Enable and upskill partner solution consultants and architects through technical training, certification support, and hands-on labs and

• Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements that can address customer and partner needs and provide additional value

• Share and learn best practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants and partner technical teams to enhance the quality and efficiency of joint delivery

• Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation, and help partners position effectively against competitive alternatives

• Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, trade shows, and partner enablement events

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to partner account teams, supporting deal registration, solution scoping, and co-sell strategy

• Support partner build activities on ServiceNow platform and lead solution architecture discussions as needed

• Support and drive the partner GTM activities for a select few partners along with the partner manager

• Provide thought leadership through workshops, technology days, white papers, and industry forums focused on AI transformation

• Participate in executive briefings and business reviews with ServiceNow & partner leadership and their enterprise clients

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analysing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.

• 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience

• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with enterprise cloud software solutions for Global Business Services ( HR Shared Services)/ CRM

• Experience working with System Integrators, consulting firms, or business process outsourcers

• Excellent understanding of architectural principles for cloud-based platforms including multi- tenancy and automation

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field

• Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales and Partner counterparts to guide execution excellence

• Experience working in a channels role enabling or training partner technical teams (SIs, resellers, GSIs) on product positioning and delivery would be a plus

• Willingness to travel up to 40%, including international travel (primarily India)

• Collaboration: Ability to work across teams in highly matrixed organizations spanning ServiceNow, partners, and enterprise clients

• Nimble Learning: Quickly grasp new transformation methodologies, and evolving ServiceNow capabilities

• Execution Focus: Bias for action; address opportunities and challenges quickly with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of transformation drivers with ServiceNow product suite (Preferably IT, CRM, and Security)

• Current ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist)

• Experience leading pre-sales efforts for India prospects

• Knowledge of AI and advanced analytics technologies

• ServiceNow platform development experience would be a value add
