Role Purpose:
The Manager, Product Management leads the delivery of scalable high quality products and features across the company that meet market needs and company objectives. Achieve this by rallying teams across the company, aligning multiple goals with the company's vision, and ensuring effective execution of product roadmaps to support the company's strategic objectives.
In this role you will:
- Lead by example for product outcome delivery and manage product solutions for high-impact projects by setting clear product goals and ensuring alignment with overall business strategy to drive impactful products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product initiatives with company vision, ensuring that product solutions support strategic business objectives.
- Lead advanced market research and user research initiatives to gather deep insights that inform and validate product decisions, resulting in highly effective products.
- Mentor and guide senior product managers to elevate the quality of product work across the team, maintaining a high standard of product excellence.
- Oversee the integration and maintenance of product processes to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across multiple products, leading to ensure quality deliverables across products.
- General Responsibilities: All employees are required to ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements. All employees are expected to assist with tasks, projects, and other duties related to the role, as and when deemed necessary.

- 8+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on overseeing a product from conception to launch.
- Demonstrated portfolio of managing successful product lines, highlighting contributions and impact on business goals.
- Strong bias for action with proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Mastery in product lifecycle management and strategic product planning.
- Exceptional in market analysis, competitive strategy, and product visioning.
- Exceptional with product management tools and methodologies.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and driving agile transformation within product teams.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing, supporting, and growing a team of product managers.
- Proven team management and interpersonal skills with a track record of effectively achieving results and driving projects to completion.
- Track record of leading products from concept to deployment, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
