Your Day-to-Day
Develop and execute engaging organic content for TikTok and Instagram to drive reach, engagement, and follower growth.
Translate brand and business objectives into creative, platform-native content ideas and executions.
Identify and adapt relevant trends, formats, and audience behaviors to strengthen content performance.
Experiment with hooks, storytelling, and content formats to improve engagement and audience retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with brand messaging and marketing campaigns.
Analyze content performance and apply insights to continuously improve content strategy and execution.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in content creation, particularly for TikTok and Instagram, preferably in Education industry.
Demonstrate a strong track record of producing organic content that drives reach, engagement, and follower growth.
Understand social media trends, platform algorithms, audience behavior, and content distribution strategies.
Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut and basic graphic design software.
Develop strong storytelling through engaging hooks, visuals, and narratives tailored to social media audiences.
Comfortable withhigh-mobility, on-site content production, including traveling to different outlets and creating content in poolside or water-based environments.
