What You'll Own

• Grow high-value merchant accounts through strategy, execution, and consistent delivery against placement targets
• Land new merchant partnerships and identify growth opportunities across categories
• Understand merchant budgets and constraints; design tailored solutions that unlock real value
• Execute campaigns from pitch to results
• Manage account operations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain account health
• Collaborate with Operations and Marketing to scale campaigns and partnerships

What We're Looking For

Must-have:

• 3-4 years in ecommerce, affiliate, or fast-paced B2B/sales environments
• Proven ability to understand client budgets and craft custom solutions (not just sell standard packages)
• Commercial instinct with hustle - self-starter who thrives under pressure and delivers results
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Proficiency in English and AI tools to improve workflows
