About the role
You own onboarding day logistics and offboarding handoffs for every Malaysia office hire;
You plan and host the employee engagement calendar - events, campaigns, wellness sessions;
You keep the office stocked, the vendors coordinated, and the facilities working; and
You maintain the hardware register and act as the local IT liaison for the team.
You are the person the office runs through. On Day 1, you are the face a new joiner sees - office tours, swag, workstation ready. When someone leaves, you close the loop - hardware back, access cards collected, IT handed off clean. In between, you run the engagement calendar, keep the office stocked, and make sure the physical environment stays functional.
