  • Drive the adoption and usage of ShopeeFood advertising solutions among merchants, including search, recommendation, banner, and other visibility placements.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of merchant advertisers across key food and beverage categories.
  • Understand merchant business objectives and recommend suitable advertising strategies based on their goals, budgets, and target customers.
  • Develop media plans and campaign proposals to drive incremental GMV, orders, customer acquisition, and brand visibility.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise key metrics such as ad spend, revenue, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, impressions, and incremental sales.
  • Analyse merchant and campaign data to identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, and optimisation recommendations.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and business reviews for merchants and internal stakeholders.
  • Work with Account Managers to identify potential advertisers and convert existing merchants into active advertising users.
  • Support merchant onboarding, campaign setup, troubleshooting, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Gather merchant feedback and work with Product and Marketing teams to improve advertising products, processes, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Track competitor advertising activities and market trends to strengthen ShopeeFood’s ads proposition.
  • Support key commercial projects, merchant education initiatives, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, media planning, account management, business development, or a related field.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms, campaign optimisation, and performance reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business recommendations.
  • Commercially driven with strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with dashboards or data visualisation tools is an advantage.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English. Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin would be an advantage.
  • Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, retail, FMCG, digital media, or marketplace businesses.
  • Experience working with SME and enterprise merchants.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets or performance-based campaigns.
  • Familiarity with self-serve advertising platforms and sponsored listing products.
  • Strong interest in the food and beverage, digital commerce, and online advertising industries.
