Growth Marketing Specialist (Online Conversion)

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Growth Marketing Specialist (Online Conversion) to join our Online Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving high-intent traffic and maximizing sales conversions through strategic product selection, precision retargeting, and paid search optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional marketing teams to scale our e-commerce performance and boost seller revenue.

• Curate and manage top-performing SKU selections tailored for dynamic retargeting campaigns to re-engage high-potential users and drive conversion.
• Optimize search keyword selection, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to ensure high visibility and cost-efficient traffic acquisition.
• Implementation and end-to-end management of paid seller ads to boost platform conversions and improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Monitor daily campaign performance, conduct deep-dive analyses on user conversion journeys, and identify bottlenecks in the funnel.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, regional teams, and category managers to align paid advertising strategies with broader marketing campaigns and inventory priorities.
• Maintain performance dashboards, track budget utilization, and deliver actionable insights to management to continuously optimize digital ad spend.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Search (SEM), Retargeting, or E-commerce advertising execution.
• Proficient in managing paid ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or native e-commerce marketplace ad consoles).
• Advanced Google Sheets skills for data tracking and campaign analysis.
• Basic knowledge of SQL is a strong plus
• Strong analytical mindset with a sharp eye for ROI, data patterns, and consumer purchasing behavior.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
• Passionate towards learning about the e-commerce industry

• Flexible to work long hours on occasion
