Identify and acquire new F&B merchants within your assigned area through on-ground visits and calls to achieve monthly targets, with commission incentives tied to performance.
Proactively pitch ShopeeFood to high-potential merchants and help expand our merchant network across your coverage area.
Manage and update your sales pipeline to track outreach, follow-ups, and conversions.
Support merchants through the onboarding process, ensuring all required documents and details are submitted accurately.
Gather insights from merchants and competitors to help improve ShopeeFood’s offerings and merchant experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and follow-through after merchant sign-up.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in sales, business development, relationship management or account management will be an added advantage.
Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification from any field.
Based in Johor Bahru, Johor, with flexibility to travel within the assigned area for merchant visits.
Own transport and a valid driving license are required as this is an on-ground role.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English. Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu, Chinese, other local languages or dialects is a plus.
Able to work on-ground during peak periods when required.
