Design strategic initiatives using analytical and conceptual problem-solving methodologies to drive supply growth and improve ecosystem healthiness within Shopee’s Livestream & Video business line
Identify gaps in creator acquisition, retention, and content quality; initiate transformational projects to optimize the balance between aggressive GMV growth and platform integrity
Be involved in complex end-to-end strategic projects - from hypothesis generation, feasibility analysis, and financial modeling; through cross-functional planning and stakeholder alignment; to operational deployment and impact measurement
Acquire a deep understanding of the content commerce dynamics (affiliate economics, viewer behavior, compliance risks) to effectively manage deliverables and resources across Product, Marketing, and Operations teams
Act as the strategic point of contact between BD leadership and function stakeholders to drive project success and ensure execution excellence
Work with key partners to lead and drive projects that enable business improvement, such as optimizing incentive structures, enhancing creator tiering systems, and mitigating low-quality content risks
Communicate and present findings, data-backed analyses, and strategic recommendations to senior management in a structured, MECE manner

Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree in a relevant field
Experience in strategy consulting firms is a strong advantage
Superb business acumen with a desire to own strategic outcomes and drive execution excellence
Possess in-depth knowledge/defined involvement in helping frame, design, and execute solutions to complex business opportunities in high-growth digital ecosystems
Highly analytical and able to generate and present meaningful and actionable data-backed analysis in a structured manner
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Passion for seeing projects through from concept to reality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
