Design end-to-end user experiences across pre-purchase and post-purchase journeys, delivering seamless shopping experiences for regional users
Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers from problem discovery through launch and iteration.
Use user insights, analytics, experiments, and business goals to identify opportunities and drive product decisions.
Prototype, validate, and refine solutions based on user feedback and data.
Create high-quality interaction and visual designs that balance usability, scalability, and business impact.
Contribute to Shopee's design system and continuously improve design quality and consistency.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, content creation, and design workflows.
Present design rationale clearly, facilitate discussions, and align stakeholders across functions.

Bachelor’s Degree in related field; A master’s degree is advantageous but not required.
A portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking and polished UI craftsmanship for digital products.
Good product thinking with the ability to understand business objectives and translate them into user-centric solutions.
Ability to break down complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, data-driven, cross-functional environment.
Experience collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.
Familiarity with AI-powered design and productivity tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Figma AI, or similar) and a willingness to continuously explore new ways of working.
Proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping
Experience designing e-commerce, fintech, marketplace, or consumer products is a plus.
