We are looking for: Software Engineer

You’ll make an impact by:

AI Strategy and Architecture.

• Design and develop software solutions using C#, .NET, and object-oriented programming principles.
• Develop custom applications, utilities, and automation tools to improve engineering productivity.
• Integrate applications with enterprise systems, databases, and APIs.
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Support digital engineering, automation, and AI-driven initiatives.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing applications.
• Collaborate with engineering and PLM teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, test cases, and user guides.
• Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practice.

Use your skills to move the world forward!

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with 2-3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge of electrical products and MV/LV switchgear design concepts.
• Exposure to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, preferably Teamcenter, is desirable.
• Experience in developing engineering or business solution assets and automation tools.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts and software development fundamentals.
• Familiarity with engineering workflows, CAD applications, and design automation methodologies.
• Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced engineering enviroment.
