Who We Are Looking For
We're seeking a customer service-focused professional to serve as our first point of contact for technical support. You'll provide white-glove support - remotely and on-site - to our U.S.-based clients and Siepe employees in cloud-first environments, combining strong technical problem-solving with exceptional communication skills.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver exceptional support for end users, workstations, conference rooms, and IT managed resources, serving as front-line Service Desk support, dedicated on-site support, and implementation team member.
Install, configure, and support Windows-based desktop applications and virtual/physical workstations (desktops/laptops with multiple monitors).
Monitor ticketing systems and infrastructure alerts across all platforms, ensuring timely acknowledgment per SLAs and investigating/escalating issues as required.
Perform system health checks, routine maintenance, and manage IT inventory in accordance with standard operating procedures and change management processes.
Coordinate escalations with senior leadership and responsible personnel during critical incidents.
Recommend and implement solutions that strengthen Siepe's reputation as a high-quality IT services provider in financial services.
Collaborate with senior leadership on business development opportunities requiring technical expertise.
What You’ll Bring
2-3 years of IT support experience; MSP experience preferred.
Expert-level knowledge of Windows 10/11 and working knowledge of Windows Server 2022/2025.
Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory (traditional and Entra ID), including user/group creation, workstation management, and file share permissions.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, SharePoint, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
Experience with mobile device management platforms (Intune, Azure Conditional Access) and security best practices.
Basic to intermediate networking skills (firewalls, routing, wireless networks, connectivity troubleshooting).
Experience with ticketing systems, SLA-driven environments, and software deployment.
Additional experience with scripting (PowerShell), Bloomberg, QuickBooks, Cloud VOIP, Excel add-ins, and Microsoft 365 user management is preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and time management
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.
