About the Role :

Own end-to-end delivery of Revenue Growth Management programs for global CPG and Retail clients.

You'll translate complex commercial challenges into scalable analytics solutions, lead a team of 10 - 20 analysts, and sit at strategy tables with C-suite clients.

What You'll Do :

- Lead multi-workstream RGM programs (pricing, promotions, assortment, trade investment, net revenue management).

- Manage multiple clients, ensuring measurable business impact (price realization, promo ROI, margin improvement).

- Translate ambiguous commercial questions into structured analytics problems.

- Build credibility with senior stakeholders - act as a trusted RGM advisor, not just a delivery manager.

- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing analytics team.

- Identify new opportunities and support account expansion.

What We're Looking For :

- 12 +/- 1 years of experience (8+ in analytics delivery).

- Strong RGM / Commercial Analytics experience with CPG or Retail clients.

- Proven track record managing multi-client, multi-workstream programs.

- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and cloud platforms (Snowflake, Databricks).

- Deep understanding of commercial domains (pricing, promo, trade mechanics).
