- Cross border income payment collection
- Archive bank slips and bank statement
- Daily register payments and VAT invoices in excel files
- Scan and file paper vouchers for AP team
- Support and manage vendor query functional email account
- Review and match Concur original documents
- Support other ad-hoc matters assigned by management

- Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and outlook, SAP is a plus
