We are looking for an IT Support Specialist (L2) to support business users and internal teams in resolving application and system-related issues. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with business systems, and user communication.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide second-level (L2) application and system support

  • Analyze and resolve user requests within agreed timelines

  • Maintain documentation and ticketing systems

  • Assist with application configuration and system maintenance

  • Perform security checks in line with internal guidelines

  • Deliver user training and support knowledge sharing

  • Support IT projects and collaborate with L3 teams when needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Advanced English proficiency

  • Basic knowledge of .NET, C#, and SQL Server

  • Familiarity with ITIL and basic project management

  • Good MS Office skills

  • Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset

  • Proactive and team-oriented
