Technical Support Specialist

We are

looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you

will provide high-level technical assistance to our customers, ensuring

effective problem resolution and outstanding service. You will focus on

troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our products and

services.

Technical Assistance:

• Provide support for all technical inquiries related to our

  products and services, understanding both software and hardware aspects.

• Maintain a high resolution rate by troubleshooting technical

  problems via phone, email, and professional conversations. Use remote support

  tools such as TeamViewer, Skype, or Zoom to assist customers effectively.

• Utilize various task management systems, such as Jira, Trello, and

  Asana, for logging and tracking support requests, ensuring detailed

  documentation of issues and steps taken to resolve them.

• Engage with customers to understand their technical issues,

  providing clear and timely information throughout the resolution process.

• Collaborate with other technical teams to address complex issues

  and contribute to product improvements based on customer feedback.

Performance

Metrics:

• Customer satisfaction ratings based on feedback from external

  stakeholders.

• Maintain a high rate of resolution for technical requests.
• Accurate documentation and management of tasks.
• Demonstration of professionalism and effective communication in

  all interactions

Required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or higher (technical orientation preferred) or

  relevant work experience.

• Proficient in Serbian and English (minimum B2 level).
