Junior Project Manager

This role suits someone who likes keeping projects on track, works well between clients and production teams, and wants to grow into a full project management role.

What you’ll do

• Manage client projects from the first request to delivery, working closely with the Sales Manager.
• Turn client requirements into clear briefs for the development and production teams, so everyone knows what to make, to what standard and by when.
• Set goals, scope and deadlines for each project. On larger projects, work with the senior Project Manager on costing, procurement and development.
• Once a project is approved, open the work order and brief the team on design, samples or the production run.
• Track every stage, from sample-making to series production, and raise delays or risks early.
• Plan your week around active projects and agree on priorities with your manager.
• Help the Sales Manager prepare for client meetings in Serbia and abroad.
• Represent the company at international trade fairs and conferences when needed.
• Suggest and put in place improvements to how sales and marketing projects are run.

What we’re looking for

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle several projects at once
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent English, spoken and written (German is an advantage)
• Good MS Office skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally for fairs and client meetings

Nice to have

• Experience coordinating projects in production, manufacturing, retail or marketing
• Familiarity with project tracking tools
