Lead Generation Specialist

On behalf of our client, EuroDev, Silver Bell Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join their international team in Belgrade.

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play an important role in identifying relevant business opportunities, researching potential clients, and building high-quality lead databases. You will combine your knowledge of B2B lead generation with an interest in digital marketing, business development, digitalisation, and AI.

This position offers the opportunity to develop your lead generation expertise while gaining practical experience across the wider marketing and business development process, working with international clients and modern tools.

You will be based in EuroDev’s modern office in central Belgrade, working alongside colleagues from over 25 nationalities in an open, ambitious, and collaborative environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Research and identify relevant B2B companies and decision-makers for North American clients expanding into Europe.
• Assess and qualify companies and contacts based on target profiles, company fit, and client requirements.
• Review, clean, validate, and enrich lead data to ensure its accuracy and quality.
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve lead databases in relevant CRM systems.
• Document qualification decisions and maintain accurate lead statuses.
• Use lead generation, CRM, automation, and AI tools to improve research quality and efficiency.
• Support digital marketing activities, including email campaigns, content preparation, website updates, and campaign execution.
• Connect lead generation activities with broader marketing and business development objectives.
• Explore opportunities to automate and improve lead generation and qualification processes.
• Continuously develop your knowledge of lead generation, digital marketing, AI, and European markets.

WHO YOU ARE

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Information, Organisational Sciences, International or Digital Marketing, International Business, Marketing Analytics, Informatics, or a related field.
• You have approximately one year of relevant experience in lead generation, marketing research, data management, sales support, digital marketing, or a related area.
• You have strong English communication skills and feel comfortable working in an international environment.
• You are curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large amounts of business and customer data.
• You have a strong interest in digitalisation, automation, and AI.
• You are interested in understanding the broader marketing and business development process.
• You can manage different priorities and contribute to multiple client projects.
• You are eager to learn, take ownership, and develop your skills in an international environment.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM systems, marketing automation, or AI tools is considered a plus.
