Senior Account Manager – Milan

Join Simundia, a leading digital coaching platform, as a Senior Account Manager in Milan. In this role, you will manage and develop key client accounts in the Italian market, build strong relationships with clients, and identify opportunities for growth. You will work closely with the Italian Team and the wider International Team, collaborating across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product. Missions

• Gérer et développer un portefeuille de comptes stratégiques, en établissant des relations de confiance avec les leaders RH et les parties prenantes clés.
• Assurer la gestion de la relation client tout au long du cycle de vie du compte, de l'intégration au renouvellement, en identifiant et en développant les opportunités de croissance.
• Coordonner les équipes interfonctionnelles pour garantir l'exécution fluide des projets clients et une expérience client de haute qualité.
