Sioufas & Associates Law Firm, a leading firm in Greece, is seeking a Billing Associate to join its Legal Services Division at the Athens headquarters. With over 450 professionals, the firm serves top Greek and multinational clients, combining expertise with efficiency and commitment to continuous improvement.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Invoicing Supervisor, the successful candidate will support the timely and accurate issuance of invoices while contributing to data-driven reporting, analysis, and process improvement within the billing function.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue service invoices and related legal documents in accordance with company and client requirements.
• Support the preparation and digital management of billing schedules and electronic files.
• Prepare, maintain, and analyze Excel-based reports to monitor billing progress, trends, and KPIs.
• Communicate with internal teams and clients regarding billing inquiries and resolutions.
• Assist in improving and automating billing processes using data insights.
• Review and organize legal documents relevant to invoicing.
• Collect, validate, and digitize billing-related data.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• University degree (AEI/TEI) or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in billing, invoicing, or a related analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reporting) and proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (e.g. Atlantis) and e-invoicing processes.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a service-oriented company or law firm.
• Knowledge of legal documents or service agreements.
• Familiarity with reporting tools or data visualization software.
