NOC Engineer (Cloud)

• Monitor ระบบ SiS Cloud Services เพื่อตรวจสอบปัญหาการใช้งานให้แก่ลูกค้า
• รับเคสผ่านทาง Email หรือ Direct Call ประสานงานไปยังทีม Technical เพื่อแก้ปัญหาการใช้งานของลูกค้า
• แก้ปัญหาการใช้งานเบื้องต้นให้แก่ลูกค้าในทันที

Qualifications

• อายุ 23-30 ปี
• ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขา คอมพิวเตอร์,ไฟฟ้าสื่อสาร, โทรคมนาคม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน IT / Helpdesk อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
• มีความรู้ด้าน Network
• มีระเบียบวินัยในการทำงานและตรงต่อเวลา
