Tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de vente et contribuera à la satisfaction et à la fidélisation des clients.
Missions
- Animer des sessions de formation, en groupe ou en individuel, pour faire monter les clients en compétence sur l'outil.
- Suivre en continu un portefeuille d'environ 60 comptes, en sachant à tout moment où en est chaque client dans son parcours.
- Relancer activement pour pousser l'usage réel du produit, réduire les no-show, débloquer les impayés, provoquer la prise de rendez-vous suivant.
