General Manager

We are looking for a General Manager for ASMI Super shop.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall operations of all ASMI Super Shop outlets
• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales and profit targets
• Monitor outlet-wise sales, expenses, stock, wastage and operational performance
• Lead and supervise Outlet Managers, In-Charges and departmental heads
• Ensure proper manpower planning, discipline and productivity
• Monitor customer service and ensure high service standards
• Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Procurement, Supply Chain, IT and Marketing teams
• Ensure proper inventory management and minimize stock loss/wastage
• Analyze sales and operational reports and take corrective actions
• Ensure implementation of company policies, SOPs and management decisions
• Identify business opportunities and support expansion of new outlets
• Report business performance directly to the top management

Qualifications

• Age 35 to 50 years
• Only Male
• Strong experience in managing multiple outlets/branches.
• Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales, inventory and customer service.
• Target-oriented and capable of handling a large team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Education:

• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters
• PhD (Doctor of Philosophy)

Experience:

• 15 to 20 years
