Intern - Customer Relationship for a Reputed Furniture Company (Paid)

We are offering paid Internship Opportunity in Customer Relationship Department for a Reputed Group company.

Responsibilities

• Assist in communicating with customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Support the team in handling customer inquiries, requests, and basic complaints.
• Maintain and update customer information, records, and interaction history.
• Follow up with customers regarding services, queries, appointments, or pending requirements.
• Assist in collecting customer feedback and identifying common customer concerns.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Support customer onboarding and provide basic information about products or services.
• Prepare daily/weekly customer interaction and follow-up reports.
• Assist in maintaining CRM/customer databases and updating relevant information.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate complex issues to the concerned team members.
• Support customer relationship activities, campaigns, and engagement initiatives.
• Perform other customer service and relationship-management tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Recent Graduates / Undergraduates (preferably in Business or relevant discipline)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eager to learn with a customer-centric mindset

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering in or a relevant discipline

Required Skills

• MS Office(Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English)
