Accounts Payable Specialist

We are looking for an efficient Accounts Payable Specialist to be a part of our accounting department. You will be primarily responsible for handling the entire accounts payable process along with the Accounts payable Manager and Accounts Payable clerk

You will be responsible for managing vendor payments in a timely manner. Besides, you should be able to verify vendor invoices and seek approvals from the internal departments. Also, you should own excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve any vendor queries.

In addition to this, you should be able to schedule payments and refunds as and when required. You should be able to monitor company expenses and suggest ways to improve the same. Moreover, you will be required to prepare financial reports and assist the senior management during audits.
