Job Description

As a CRM & Profitability Analyst, you will support our CRM team in optimizing player engagement, campaign performance, and overall profitability within our online casino business. This role is ideal for a data-driven, detail-oriented professional looking to develop their expertise in CRM and player lifecycle management. You will work closely with key business stakeholders, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, data-driven iGaming environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyse CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app channels

• Track and report on key campaign metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions

• Prepare player lists and segments for campaigns and support A/B testing

• Support the optimization of campaigns and player journeys

• Monitor key metrics such as GGR, NGR, and Player LTV

• Evaluate the effectiveness of bonuses, free spins, and promotions

• Identify high value, high-risk player segments and basic trends in player behaviour

• Create and maintain CRM reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and consistency

• Conduct basic cohort and segmentation analysis and support ad-hoc CRM analysis

• Highlight campaign or player activity anomalies and translate data into clear insights for stakeholders

• Apply CRM and player lifecycle best practices while continuously developing technical and analytical skills

What we are looking for:

• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or CRM (internships included)

• Experience or exposure to online gaming/iGaming is a plus

• Good SQL and data querying skills

• Experience with BI tools, preferably Tableau

• Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modelling; Python/R is a plus

• Familiarity with machine learning is a plus

• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Basic understanding of A/B testing

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

• Good communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a data-driven environment

• Accurate and timely reporting

• High-quality analysis and actionable insights

• Contribution to CRM campaign and player journey optimization
