Jr. QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and Selenium.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Test web and mobile applications across different devices and environments.
• Perform testing on at least one mobile OS, Android or iOS.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members.
• Analyze test results and troubleshoot automation failures.
• Participate in test planning, test case creation, execution, and release validation.
• Improve test automation coverage and contribute to building scalable QA processes.
• Ensure product quality across new features, enhancements, and production releases.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in software testing/QA automation.
• Strong programming/scripting experience in at least one of Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright and/or Selenium.
• Mandatory hands-on testing experience with at least one of Android or iOS.
• Good understanding of automation frameworks and testing methodologies.
• Experience with functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Strong understanding of defect lifecycle and test case management.
• Good knowledge of API testing and basic debugging concepts.
• Familiarity with Git/version control and CI/CD processes is preferred.
