International Logistics Management
Manage and streamline international logistics routes, including:

• Vietnam–China–US
• Vietnam–China–EU
• Belgium–Pakistan and Pakistan–Belgium
• Pakistan–Vietnam and Vietnam–Pakistan

Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with account managers at UPS, DHL, and other logistics service providers to manage shipments, resolve issues, and ensure timely deliveries.

Budget and Cost Management
Monitor logistics budgets, track shipping expenses, and manage logistics-related invoicing.

Freight Cost Analysis
Compare freight quotations, evaluate pricing options, and identify opportunities to reduce shipping costs.

Duties and Taxes
Calculate, verify, and track applicable customs duties, taxes, and other shipment-related charges.

Shipment Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth shipment planning, documentation, dispatch, and delivery.

Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline logistics procedures, improve operational efficiency, and optimize costs.

Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate records of shipments, quotations, invoices, expenses, and other logistics-related documents.

Cross-Functional Support
Provide logistics support to both BrighterBins and VisnLine product lines and coordinate with relevant stakeholders as required.Job Specification:

• 3–4 years of relevant professional experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or international shipping.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident, and professional communication style.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and logistics management tools is an advantage.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with international stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to changing operational requirements.
• Working hours: 9 hours per day. Flexible schedule: Working hours can be scheduled between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, depending on work commitments and operational requirements.
